Sweet, Sweet Spring
Let the season begin! Rhubarb from Ralph's Greenhouse is in season now for spring! Although technically a vegetable, most people use the pretty pink stalks as a fruit. Try it as a filling for pies, crisps, cobblers, and tarts or baking it in to a coffee cake.
